1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping (India): 5–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. All prices are in INR (Indian Rupees). International shipping may be available — please check at checkout for your country.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package through our courier partner's website.

5. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
